Review for the A-Team…

Posted on June 15, 2010 · Leave a Comment

I have to say, that I was little skeptical when the trailers for the new ‘A Team’ came out. I am old enough to remember the original series and growing up with them every week, watching the scrapes they would get into, was awesome! This weekend I went to see the new movie and I was pleasantly surprised!  The new crew were just as goofy, still as slap-stick and the character of Murdoch, still as crazy!  There were a couple of things that I would have changed about the movie.  The first being the casting of Liam Neeson as “Hannibal” Don’t get me wrong, I think Neeson is a great actor, but I don’t think this was a good role for him.  However, the casting of Bradley Cooper, was right on the money, need I say any more?  The other thing I would change would have been the unrealistic flying tank scene. That was a bit silly, but that’s Hollywood for you.

I was checking the box office for this weekend and I thought that The ‘A’ Team would have been #1, but, they weren’t. That honor went to The Karate Kid.

I would recommend seeing The ‘A’ Team, it is funny and is action-packed!

Which team?

The Bark Park!

Personally I’m a dog lover, I have nothing against cats it’s just that I’m allergic. I can’t be around cats for more than an hour without my eyes watering and having a stuffy nose. At the Preserve at Deerfield we have our own fenced in dog park.

When you live in an apartment sometimes it can be an issue, having a dog. You have to think of the space that you might not have or the space that the dog needs. Having a dog park in an apartment is very beneficial, you are happy (because of your dog) and your dog is happy because of you (and the dog park). Check out some pictures of our dog park and our latest dog party!
